Flindt Dieter
Dieter Flindt was born in 1946 and began in 1966 in the DJB with the training of Karate. In 1973 the passed his exam to the 1st Dan.After receiving the 2nd Dan in 1978, he became Chief-instructor and representative of "Schleswig Holstein".
1981 he changed to the SKID, where he got the 3rd Dan from Nagai. Five years later he passed the exam to the 4th Dan by Kanazawa Hirokazu. Then he became the chief-coach of the SKI for the Netherlands. In the years 1983-90 Flindt was the managing director of the SKID.
After Sensei Flindt separated 1990 from the SKID, he founded the Shotokan federation Germany e.V. (SKVD).
He received the 5th Dan from Kanazawa in
1992. In 1999 he got the 6th Dan from Asai Tetsuhiko in Japan.
