He opened up a section Karate in the sports club of the university Strasbourg (France) in 1962.There he was headmaster / technical leader till 1990. Habersetzer learned among others under tutelage of OGURA TSUNEYOSHI, YAMAGUCHI GOGEN(„the cat“) and GIMA MAKOTO. In 1982 he got the 7th Dan from Ogura. One other teacher of Habersetzer was OTSUKA TADAHIKO, who is the leader of the Goju- Kensha- School. Habersetzer is the author of more than 60 books and he regularly arranges courses in Europe. He deals with different Japanese martial arts, for example Wushu or Taijiquan. In 1992 he got the 8th Dan from Shihan Ogura for his intensive work for Budo. The Hombu-Dojo of the CRB is situated in Strabourg, near the boarder to Germany. Books of Habersetzer: Karate für Meister. Mit Körper und Geist
